Change in English-speaking Prayer Meeting
After further fellowship and consideration, the leading brothers feel that it is best to return to having only one English-language prayer meeting. Beginning on September 27 the English-speaking saints will meet for prayer at 7:30 p.m. in the downstairs meeting room at 1855 W. Ball Rd. Most of the FTTA and FTTA-MA trainees will pray in a separate prayer meeting. We encourage all the English-speaking saints in the church to join the prayer meeting.
New Church Policy
A video from the session presenting the church’s new Policy for the Protection of Children and Young People is available online at www.churchinanaheim.org/video/PPCYP.mp4. Everyone who serves with children or young people must read the church’s policy, available at www.churchinanaheim.org/PDF/PPCYP.pdf, and sign a Volunteer Agreement.
Gospel Meeting
There will be a gospel meeting on October 15 at the 1853 W. Ball Rd. meeting hall. A love feast will begin at 6:00 p.m.; the meeting will end at 8:30 p.m. Please pray for the gospel to reach the “sons of peace” (Luke 10:6) and consider whom to invite (Matt. 22:10).
