Lord’s Day Meetings by Language on August 5
The Lord’s Day morning meetings of the church in Anaheim will be by language on August 5, 2012.


Special Fellowship Meetings
Two special meetings will be held at the MCC, at 7:00 P.M. on August 4 and 9:30 A.M. on August 5, at the conclusion of the New Jersey Chinese students training. The burden will be on “Gaining Typical Americans by Practicing the God-ordained Way to Meet the Lord’s Present Need.” The speaking will be in Chinese with translation into English, Korean, and Spanish through FM radio. All who are burdened are encouraged to attend. No childcare will be provided.


Children’s Summer Program
The churches in Anaheim, Cypress, and Orange will have a program for families with children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Please pick up the information sheet with map and schedule available from the children serving ones. These meetings will be held in the following times and locations:

  • August 2, Thursday, District 4 meeting hall (2560 East La Palma Avenue): 6:00-9:00 p.m.
  • August 3, Friday, District 4 meeting hall (2560 East La Palma Avenue): 6:00-9:00 p.m.
  • August 4, Saturday, El Dorado Park, Long Beach: 4:00-7:30 p.m.

Gospel Picnic
The church in Anaheim will hold a gospel picnic on August 25 from 4:00-6:00 P.M. at Chaparral Park in Anaheim.


UK Recovery Version Distribution
This summer Bibles for Europe will distribute the New Testament Recovery Version during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Saints from the churches have been invited to pray, give, and go. Details and applications to participate in the distribution are available at http://distribute.biblesforeurope.org. Donations should be given to Living Stream Ministry and designated “UK Bible distribution.”
