District 3
Due to the high school sisters’ conference that will be held at District 3 on Lord’s Day, November 2, we ask that the English-, Chinese-, and Spanish-speaking saints blend with District 1 and that the Korean-speaking saints blend with District 2.
Young People’s Conferences
High School Conferences 10/31-11/2: Brothers’ conference at the meeting hall of the church in Irvine, sisters’ conference at the district 3 of the church in Anaheim.
Fall College Conference
The fall The college conference will take place November 7-9 in Big Bear. Pamphlets for registration are available at each district.
International Thanksgiving Conference
The International Thanksgiving Conference will be held in San Antonio, Texas from 11/27-11/30 at the San Antonio Marriot Rivercenter. For more information, please see the LSM website or pick up an information sheet from your district.
Winter Training
The winter training will be held in Anaheim, California from December 22-27, 2014 at the Ministry Conference Center. Registration deadline is October 26. This is a firm deadline.
Radio Broadcasts
KKLA 99.5 FM (www.kkla.com) now broadcasts a live call-in program from 9 to 10 pm each Lord’s Day centered around excerpts from Witness Lee’s Life-study messages. This is in addition to the 11:00 am Monday through Friday broadcast of the Life-study of the Bible with Witness Lee on KBRT 740 AM. We encourage the saints to listen and even to call in with questions that are relevant to the program content. Currently, the fellowship is in the Gospel of John. Please pray for the spreading the truth and for the adequate finances to continue these endeavors.
Southern California Blending Conference Postponed
The one-day blending conference for the churches in Southern California, originally scheduled for November 15, 2014, has been postponed. Information will be forthcoming.
